Job Description
- Ensures that all patients are provided with proper information on the doctor’s instructions and issued their prescriptions after.
- Conducts counseling for patients in need of further treatment or surgery.
- Responsible for answering patients’ queries appropriately or referring them to the respective unit.
- Updates patient records in AKA system to ensure accuracy.
- Monitors daily census reports and reports any discrepancies to the head.
- Performs other assigned tasks as necessary.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Nursing or any Medical-related course.
- Preferably with experience in an Ophthalmic clinic, but experience not required.
- Willing to undergo training.
- Computer literate with good customer service and decision-making skills.
- Willing to be assigned in San Pedro, Laguna.
