Job Description
1. Implements procedures and suggests points for improvement of the established operating systems, such as the HACCP-GMP Manual and Halal Assurance Manual
2. Detects and analyzes the cause of non-conformity, troubleshoot problems and formulate recommendations, and corrective and preventive actions for the concerned departments
3. Develops and conducts in-house training for new and old personnel on Commissary Systems, Food Safety and other related systems
4. Verifies housekeeping and pest control activities to ensure maintenance of hygiene standards
5. Conduct internal audits e.g. Process Audit, Food Safety Audit (FSA) and other audits
6. Responsible for verification of Quality Control Sheets of the Production department
7. Conducts Supplier Quality Audits (SQA) to ensure that raw materials conform to specification
8. Prepares appropriate methods for handling requests and feedback (e.g. complaints, sample requests) from customers
9. Assists visitors and customers in conducting unit tours, inspections and audits
10. Manages stock request, withdrawal and distribution of QA office supplies and other consumables
