Job Description
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Inbound Lead Engagement Specialist to manage low FICO mortgage leads through text messaging. The role involves engaging leads, gathering applicant information, and scheduling calls to assist in the loan process.
Job Scope:
- Engage promptly with mortgage leads via text messaging.
- Ask qualification questions to collect essential information.
- Build rapport and schedule follow-up calls.
- Respond quickly to leads and track performance metrics.
- Answer basic mortgage-related questions.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year in customer service, sales, or lead generation.
- Basic computer skills and CRM system familiarity.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time; Night shift in On-site BPO setting
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
