Job Description
- Checking daily summaries of the two branches and ensuring that all transactions are promptly documented.
- Check invoices and other supporting documents received before encoding them in the system. Such as but not limited to: customer receipts, vehicle costs, journal entries, and other payments.
- Check monthly mandatory contributions as prepared and submitted by the HR Personnel particularly Phil health, SS, and Pag-IBIG contribution.
- Check payroll summary submitted by the HR Personnel (accuracy of the computation and encoding of the total hours, overtime, and late) at every cutoff
- Supervising and tracking incomes and expenses.
- Maintaining ledger accounts.
- Assisting with tax filings, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and payroll processing.
- Performing clerical duties as and when required.
