Job Description
*Permanent Work-from-home/Full-time*
We’re hiring a customer service representative with intermediate to senior experience for a healthcare insurance account. Candidates must be comfortable with calls and have relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and complete Care Plans
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries
- Input data in the EHR system
Requirements:
- Experience in customer support, especially calls
- Prior work in healthcare/insurance accounts
- Strong English communication skills
- Proficient in using EHR systems
Work Schedule: Tues-Sat 1am – 10am (PH Time)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 per month
