We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Recruitment Administrator for our client. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards and social media.
- Evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Manage and update candidate profiles in the ATS system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of recruitment or HR experience.
- Experience with ATS software and candidate sourcing.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.
