Job Description
Overall: Provide Customer Relationship Management support to employees for any visa, immigration, travel, meetings & events queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an individual contributor, reporting directly to Mobility Support Team Lead.
- Respond to calls, chats, emails, tickets and resolve Tier 1 queries.
- Log tickets for case-specific calls and assign to the proper group.
- Track and report metrics on calls received.
- Participate in local and global initiatives to improve Mobility’s CRM strategy.
Must Have:
- College Graduate with Bachelor’s degree.
- 2-3 years of work experience in customer-related roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Customer-centric mindset.
Good to have:
- Mobility Experience.
- Process-oriented and detail-oriented.
