Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Online Chat Agent who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat and email communication channels. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with customers and resolve their inquiries in a timely manner. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information. The Online Chat Agent must be able to multitask and prioritize customer requests effectively. Experience in customer service, proficient typing skills, and a proactive attitude are essential for this role.
