Job Description
Minimum Education Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree Course Major in Accounting/Finance
- Certified Public Accountant
Minimum Job-Related Experience:
- Minimum of Three (3) to Four (4) years experience in all phases of Accounting and/or Finance work.
- Proficient in accounting software applications.
- With a minimum of two (2) years actual people management experience leading a team of Accounting/Finance Staff.
Other Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude, Competencies):
- Professional knowledge of Accounting, compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Standards.
- Expert in Financial Monitoring and Analysis, Developing and Tracking Budgets, Legal.
- Developing and managing budgets.
- Developing and Managing Processes
- Employee Relations and Team Building
- Employee Discipline and Compliance
- Coaching and Mentoring
- Basic computer skills, MS Word, proficient in Excel
- Problem solving skills
- Analytical Ability
- Interpersonal skills
