Job Description
We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents with no BPO experience required at SapientBPO in Novaliches.
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. Prior experience in a Metro site not necessary.

Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Recognize and escalate priority problems in accordance with Client standards.
- Ensure one call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
