Job Description
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented Human Resources (HR) Manager/Director to manage our HR functions and foster a positive company culture in our Lean SaaS tech company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee engagement, retention, and development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs.
- Track and improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Address employee issues and foster a positive work environment.
Skills and Experience:
- Five or more years of proven experience in HR management or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Experience in a Lean SaaS fast-paced environment is a plus.
