Job Description
As a Purchasing and Inventory Staff, you will play a vital role in managing the procurement and stock control processes. Your main responsibilities include sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and overseeing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
You will collaborate closely with other departments to forecast demand, track orders, and maintain accurate records. Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
- Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotes
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement
- Monitor inventory levels and track stock movements
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet demand requirements
