Job Description
Job Summary: As an Accounting Staff, you will oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and provide insights for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping
- Preparing BIR Documents like form 2307
- Monthly submission of reports including VAT, AR, AP, Withholding Tax
- Encoding on BIR Relief System
- Checking billing statements
- Preparing billing statements for clients
- Other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 1 year accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
