Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inquiries from clients about travel products and services
- Assist clients with booking travel arrangements
- Provide advice on travel destinations
- Handle customer complaints related to bookings
- Achieve performance targets
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduates or equivalent
- Prior experience desirable
- Able to work on-site
- Amenable to on-site interview
