Job Description
- Performs design and BIM works.
- Participates in design charrettes and collaboration meetings.
- Ensures drawings comply with quality standards.
- Conducts safety and building code due diligence.
- Resolves drawing conflicts by generating solutions.
- Assists in material schedules, specifications, and site inspections.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture/engineering or Industrial Technology.
- 3-5 years Revit Modeler/Drafter experience preferred.
- Experience in residential construction and interior design a plus.
- Skills in Revit, BIM technology, and building construction.
