Job Description
Department: Operations

Location: Philippines – Manila
The Operations team at Shopee manages the end-to-end operational process, ensuring smooth transactions from product search to delivery. This team monitors KPIs, conducts root cause analysis, and includes Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud departments.
- Manage and enhance seller operational experience
- Ensure operational metrics meet standards and collaborate with sellers for improvement
- Address operations-related concerns and escalate where necessary
- Analyze key operational issues and devise improvement strategies
- Visit seller locations to evaluate operations and provide tailored recommendations
- Educate sellers on best practices and Shopee policies
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic background
- Experience in operations, key account management, or customer-facing roles
- Ability to engage and coordinate with stakeholders
- Resourceful, proactive, and adept at problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills
