Job Description
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling calls with donors regarding pick-ups, tax receipts, and follow-ups.
Job Scope:
- Takes inbound donation and inquiry calls.
- Conducts outbound calls/emails/texts for donation follow-ups.
- Schedules pick-ups between Towers and Donors.
- Provides customer service/assistance to existing Donors.
Job Qualifications:
- College graduate/level
- 3-5 years of BPO sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Available for on-site and night shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
