Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Learning Consultant specializing in Onboarding & Foundational Learning to join our team. As a Learning Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating onboarding programs for new hires as well as creating foundational learning materials.
Your main tasks will involve conducting training needs assessments, developing learning strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a knack for instructional design, and a passion for helping employees grow.
