Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviews, monitors and ensures completeness of Membership movements and responses to Clients’ requests
- Plans, monitors, and evaluates Team performance for Client satisfaction
- Collates, analyzes, and validates data accuracy in reports
- Reviews and ensures quality compliance of submitted reports
- Evaluates Team’s performance on target, KRAs, and KPIs
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
- College graduate of 4-year course
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
- 2 to 4 years experience in account management
- HMO or Insurance experience is advantageous
