Job Description
A Business Development Officer (Sales & Marketing) is responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability by identifying and developing new business opportunities. They will be in charge of overseeing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and developing strategic partnerships to expand the company’s market presence.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong sales and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record in business development and sales.
