Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at a luxury resort in Boracay. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all front office operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest services.
Key responsibilities include managing a team of front desk staff, ensuring exceptional guest service, and handling guest inquiries and complaints effectively. The Front Office Manager will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the front office area.
The successful candidate should have prior experience in a similar role, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. A strong knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is also required.
