Job Description
SUMMARY
Primary responsible for compiling time and attendance data from employees, verifying and accurately recording time and attendance, tracking attendance applications, and supporting payroll in issuing pay slips.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or Business Administration
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR, Payroll, and timekeeping
- Knowledge of basic accounting principle and payroll
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel
- Ability to work with limited supervision and maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication skills, time-management, and high numerical aptitude
- Proven work experience as a timekeeper, customer service-oriented, and result-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
