Job Description
As a Collections Representative, you will be responsible for contacting customers who have overdue bills and negotiate payment plans. Strong communication and negotiation skills are crucial in this role.
You will also need to update account information, maintain accurate records of collections activity, and adhere to all debt collection laws and regulations.
Successful candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure. Prior experience in collections or customer service is preferred.
