Job Description
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 4-year College Graduate (Preferably Business or Office Ad Course. Fresh Grads are welcome to apply)
- Willing to undergo training and coaching
- With Strong internet connection
- With Laptop
- Ability to oversee and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused professional
- Can work efficiently in high-pressure settings with minimal supervision
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Create weekly and monthly sales reports
- Monitor contest updates, bonuses, incentives, and targets
- Monitor trainings and meeting attendance of the agents
- Schedule meetings and trainings
- Create business correspondence
- Assist agents in submitting cases and other necessary workarounds
- Create PowerPoint presentations for meetings and trainings
- Assist and coordinate with clients for policy updates
- Assist in the recruitment process
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
