Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through chat support for our Food Delivery clients.
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries and concerns efficiently.
- Meet quality and efficiency standards.
- Contribute to team success and maintain professionalism.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or College degree holder.
- Experience in BPO environment preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English and basic MS Office knowledge.
