Position Overview:
This role involves managing healthcare-related inquiries, facilitating appointments, and ensuring a positive experience for all involved.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inquiries regarding medical services, insurance coverage, and billing
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments and accessing medical records
- Verify insurance coverage and process medical claims and bills
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
- Achieve performance targets for customer satisfaction and quality
