- Answer client inquiries about travel products/services.
- Assist clients with booking travel arrangements accurately.
- Provide advice on travel destinations & activities.
- Handle customer complaints & achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No experience required.
- Strong communication skills & problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of travel products, destinations & booking systems.
