Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Must have good communication skills both oral and written.
- Work efficiently even under pressure.
- Able to communicate and correspond through all levels (internal and external).
- Ability to work independently and as a team to meet goals, objectives, and deadlines. High computer literacy, involving proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create system training modules, including manuals, guides, and online tutorials to support the learning process of other countries/regions.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations to educate other countries/regions on how to effectively use the system.
- Review and update all system training modules regularly to ensure their relevance and effectiveness.
- Accommodate other regional departments on FHL operating procedures related concerns.
- Mainly responsible for communication and operational guidance among various business parties of FHL OWTB system.
