Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in recruitment, onboarding procedures, posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Coordinate new hire onboarding, ensure paperwork completion, and conduct orientations.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates welcome
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
- Organizational, time management abilities
- Handle sensitive information discreetly
- Basic knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php16,00.00/month
