Job Description
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to General Manager
- Compile and update employee records (201 files)
- Monitor employee absences & tardiness
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Source candidates and update our database
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Human Resource or its equivalent
- Quick learner, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be flexible, creative & resourceful
- At least 1 year experience in all facets of HR
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php11,518.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
Schedule:
