Job Description
- Directly reporting to CEO
- Oversee the financial activity of the 2 companies.
- Managing and auditing of accounting department and Finance function.
- Forecast sales and expenses.
- Preparation of timely and accurate financial statements and annual reports.
- Ensuring compliance to statutory law, finance, and tax regulations. Liaise with tax officers and other regulatory bodies.
- Overseeing Treasury and Taxation functions.
- Managing external banking relationships.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Solving technical accounting issues.
- Coordinate with external auditors for year-end financial audits.
- Oversee Financial Systems and external providers of systems management and system upgrades.
- Managing & upgrading Internal Financial Controls.
- Team Management including mentoring and staff development. Foster a collaborative and high-performing accounting and finance team.
- Provides annual budget information; monitors expenditures; identifies variances; implements corrective actions.
- Working closely with Executive Leadership team to deliver reports, analysis findings, potential risk areas, and forecast opportunities.
- Monitor the annual budget, working closely with department heads to align financial goals with operational objectives. Implement cost control measures and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Renew business insurance by scheduling values including personal and real property, vehicles, computers, equipment, media, and accounts receivable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant
- With at least five (5) years of experience as an Accounting Manager
- With experience in managing multiple companies
- Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
- With excellent leadership skills and interpersonal skills
- With excellent written and oral communication skills

Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
