Job Description
We are seeking a qualified IT Helpdesk Technician I to join our team. As an IT Helpdesk Technician I, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and customers. Duties include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring systems, and maintaining IT infrastructures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and be customer-oriented. Prior experience in a helpdesk or technical support role is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential.
