Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-Time Virtual Assistant to join the Administrative Team at Don Bosco Technical Institute-Makati. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Chinese, English, and Tagalog, with exceptional communication and organizational skills. This remote position provides the flexibility to work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in Chinese, English, and Tagalog, ensuring report accuracy.
- Translate documents and communication as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Chinese, English, and Tagalog (both written and spoken).
- Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
