Nature of Account: Business to business – talking to sports and concert ticket sellers via phone calls
25% for each type of support: phone, e-mail, SMS, chat
Educational Background:
Old Curriculum: High School Graduate
New Curriculum: K-12 Graduate
With at least 6 months CCE
Job Responsibility:
- Responds to call questions and complaints using usual scripts and procedures.
- Gathers information, researches/resolves queries, and logs customer calls.
- Communicates relevant alternatives for completion in a timely fashion.
- Informs clients about expert services and determines customer requirements.
- Provides instruction and help to lower level employees.
- Provides guidance, troubleshooting support to lower level employees.
