The Role: Fulfillment Coordinator Intern
To provide support to the Fulfillment Coordinators in assigning Customer Inquiries, handling simple inquiries, and assisting in the partnership agreement process.
Key Responsibilities:
- 60% – Support East Asia, Middle East, and Africa, and Pacific in case assignments and address customer queries.
- 30% – Assist in partnership agreement renewals and approvals.
- 10% – Support Email2Case process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree relating to business.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Location: PH-40-Cavite
Schedule: Full-time
