Job Description

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent course.
- Experienced Chemist in the paint industry or manufacturing environment.
- Laboratory-oriented, hands-on job skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Trustworthy, productive, creative, and a fast learner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee, coordinate, direct, and control all phases of activities in quality control for in-process, finished products, color, and product modification, raw materials, and off-specs, ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Ensure confidentiality of technical information related to products and processes. Verify and validate all processes related to quality and quantity against standards.
- Oversee, command, and control production operations/plant operations.
