Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate customer fulfillment requests for project.
- Monitor project schedule, escalate discrepancies and support issue resolution.
- Serve as primary scheduling and operations point of contact for project and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement program and scheduling procedures and process improvements.
- Establish and maintain all project documentation including all service protocols, records, and reports.
- Complying with data protection law, including responding promptly to queries.
- Conduct monthly reconciliation.
- Develop and coordinate all information and communications for the assigned project.
- Update and maintain internal databases, tracking systems, and project plans.
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute status, tracking, and project reports.
- Prepare presentation materials for meetings and project summary data.
- Provide project management and operational support as directed by stakeholders.
