Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to provide information and assistance on client’s products and services over the phone.
- Create, manage, and drive closure on service requests.
- Solve problems, communicate, and handle issues requiring special coordination with internal departments.
- Provide excellent customer service with a focus on a great experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of international voice BPO experience.
- Completed two years of college.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Amenable to work at Alabang.
Requirements:
- Government Numbers (SS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, BIR).
- Proof of Employment, Proof of Education.
