Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Ensure deadlines and requirements are met, validate designs for quality standards.
- Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, provide support to stakeholders.
- Process Management: Oversee quality assurance processes for timely task completion.
- CAD-CAM Systems: Utilize CAD-CAM knowledge to validate designs accurately.
- Coordination: Act as a point of contact between departments for project delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in quality assurance or related field.
- Education: Open to candidates from any relevant background.
Skills:
- Strong CAD-CAM knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with analytical skills.
- Efficient in handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Customer Service Experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
