Description
As a WFM Planner / Forecaster, you will accurately predict call volumes, service levels, and handle times by call type. You will develop staffing models to meet service level targets efficiently through hiring, outsourcing, and attrition. Responsibilities include continuous analysis of call volume trends, interpreting staffing model results, and developing long-term service level plans. Expertise in WFM software (NICE IEX) is required.
