Job Description

Location: Philippines – Manila
The Operation teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, analyzing and monitoring KPIs while conducting root cause analysis. Responsibilities include overseeing sorting center processes, managing team members, creating schedules, monitoring tasks, ensuring timely deliveries, processing transfers, and providing reports for performance reporting to leads.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee sorting center processes and team members to achieve KPIs and targets.
- Create schedules, monitor tasks, manage performance and attendance.
- Ensure timely processing of deliveries and transfers, reporting non-conformance or shortages.
- Provide internal performance reports to leads.
Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics, and Warehousing.
- Supervisory experience with direct and agency employees.
- Background in process improvement, detail-oriented.
- Proficient in MS and Google Applications, willing to work in Plaridel, Bulacan.
