Job Description
As a Commis II (Banquet), you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of food for banquets and special events. This position requires a strong understanding of culinary techniques and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for culinary arts and a willingness to learn and grow in a professional kitchen setting. Prior experience in a similar role and a culinary degree or certification is preferred but not required.
Key responsibilities include preparing ingredients, assisting in menu planning, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and ensuring food quality and presentation standards are met.
