Soft Skills
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and effective communication.
- Preferably can communicate with customers at various technical levels.
- Ability to handle technical situations and set expectations positively.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Ability to work from home in a quiet environment.
- Willingness to work in a Technical account environment.
- Must be willing to work in a shifting schedule.
Experience, Education, Age
- 1-2 years of Technical Support and Customer Service experience.
- Technical Support experience in Telco program is a plus.
- Senior High School or equivalent education.
- Computer and IT related course is a plus.
- Legal age of employment; at least 18 years old.
