Job Description
Our customer, a North American based professional IT Services firm, is looking to engage a Customer Service Representative on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using office tools such as Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities include managing phone calls, organizing projects, and acting as a point of contact for clients. Requirements include experience in customer service roles, knowledge of office management systems, and proficiency in MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Answer, direct, and make outbound phone calls
- Process work through a PSA ticketing system
- Organize and schedule projects
- Assist team members as needed
- Manage team schedules
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles
- Knowledge of office management systems
- Experience with CRM, particularly Connectwise
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- High school degree; Bachelor of Information Technology is a plus
