Job Description
We are urgently seeking a skilled BPO Manager to join our team at Addmore Outsourcing Inc. As a BPO Manager, your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, sourcing new business opportunities, and overseeing project teams post-award. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in Business Administration or Marketing within the AEC industry. This position offers the flexibility of remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities through effective sourcing and proposal development.
- Oversee project teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress, budget adherence, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational processes and service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in the BPO industry.
