Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Keep reception area tidy with necessary supplies
• Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
• Maintain office security and control access
• Order office supplies and manage inventory
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
• Handle travel arrangements and office expenses
• Perform clerical duties such as filing and faxing

Requirements and Skills:

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment
• Professional demeanor and good communication skills
• Resourcefulness, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Customer service-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
