Job Description
As a Promodiser, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services within a retail setting. Your role involves engaging with customers, creating product awareness, and driving sales to meet targets.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the promoted products or services.
- Approach and engage customers in a friendly and informative manner.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product demonstrations if necessary.
- Set and achieve sales targets as outlined by the company.
- Monitor and report on sales performance regularly.
- Collaborate with store staff and management to coordinate promotional activities.
Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in sales or marketing is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Knowledge of the products being promoted.
- Physical stamina for standing and engaging with customers for extended periods.

Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
