Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Detailed Duties & Responsibilities
- Validate PR from HR for entries on NetSuite for weekly payroll per site
- Validate PR from HR for entries on NetSuite for Monthly payroll per site
- Validate PR from HR for entries on NetSuite for tanod allowances
- Assist Finance Manager in preparations of various checks for weekly payables/disbursements
- Validate Petty Cash Summary for head office and prepares PR and checks for various PCF
- Validate Credit Card summary for Head Office and prepares PR and checks
- Performed function assigned by Finance Manager from time to time
Performed Process
- Validate various PRs for payroll and allowances
- Check preparation for weekly disbursement including payroll and allowances
- Validation of various PCF and Credit Card summary
EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT
Accounting Graduate/Fresh graduate
EXPERIENCE
With at least 6 months experienced in handling payables
