Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Remind customers of overdue loans by telephone, urge and guide them to repay in time;
- Communicate with customers regarding compliance, repayment details, and other related information;
- Keep customer information updated in the system for accuracy;
- Establish and maintain positive client relationships;
- Follow up on payment arrangements and resolve disputes;
- Process payments or refunds as needed;
- Report on collection activities and receivables status;
- Respond to client inquiries professionally;
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High school graduate or College Undergraduate;
- Good communication and coordination skills;
- Positive work ethics and ability to work independently;
- Preferably with relevant experience in call center or bank industry;
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to Php18,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Day shift
- Monday to Friday, Weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary, Commission pay
