Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable and Payable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable and Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining accurate financial records for our organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing and posting invoices, payments, and credit memos
- Reconciling accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
- Monitoring customer accounts for overdue payments and contacting customers for collections
- Coordinating with vendors to resolve any invoice discrepancies
- Performing month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable and accounts payable
The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and be highly proficient in Excel and other accounting software. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
